NEURODIVERSITY IS DIVERSITY!

We are part of a global community! This year's Finding Your North Star Autism Summit will be broadcasted on a virtual platform spanning multiple time zones, welcoming participants from all corners of the globe. The summit serves as a fundraiser to address the needs of lower-income individuals requiring assistive devices, support, and resources during uncertain times. With autism affecting 1 in 40 people and ADHD prevalent in 5% of the population, the demand for autism services in Ontario, Canada, is stark, with over 50,000 families currently waitlisted. Ingrid Windsor brings her extensive global expertise as a corporate service provider and an award-winning arts educator with decades of experience to the forefront.

Join us to gain the latest industry insights, connect with fellow advocates, and be inspired by our keynote speakers during this dynamic one-day virtual conference. The inception of the Finding Your North Star Autism Summit stemmed from a mother in North Carolina reaching out to Ingrid Windsor in Canada for assistance in finding an assistive learning device for her non-verbal autistic son. Ingrid Windsor, an interactive multimedia specialist and autism service provider with firsthand experience as a mother of a child with autism, was trained by members of the USA Military College in VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity). Leveraging her unique skills, she facilitated the fulfillment of a prescription in North Carolina.

The Finding Your North Star Autism Summit, a non-profit organization, also aids low-income neurodivergent families in navigating services and accessing resources during times of uncertainty.

Neurodivergent individuals utilize AI to fulfill their basic needs, and it's important to recognize that autism knows no borders, nor does AI. The Finding Your North Star Autism Summit serves as a bridge, filling the gaps and fostering connections worldwide.

Join us to celebrate Neurodiversity and inclusion. Meet Ingrid Windsor!

Ingrid Windsor, bilingual Harvard and York-trained multimedia specialist in AI, tactical poet, mom of an autistic child, Mandela's intl. artist in residence, connector, best-selling author, and trailblazer in neurodiversity, initiated the Finding Your North Star Autism Summit to support neurodivergent individuals.

Ingrid Windsor Joseph also holds Specialized Advanced Training certificates for Mental Health Providers from Autism Ontario.

Ingrid Windsor facilitated numerous neurodiversity webinars for HR directors, and at Library and Archives, and for other organizations, focusing on legal resilience and crafting inclusive workplaces for sustainable success. Additionally, she provided free workshops & webinars for families.
